We thought since we just started this blog last November, that we would post some of the kids' pictures from when they were little... well, I mean littler than they are now ("Before-the-blog" pictures). Since Carly is our oldest, we will start with her. The next post will be for Olivia and then for Josh.
This is one of the first pictures of Carly at 5 weeks old.
Carly is all smiles at 2 1/2 months.

Carly in her hospital bed. This picture is really special because she has a picture of Olivia from one of our adoption updates hanging over her bed. We hadn't yet brought Olivia home, but she found a way to be there with her anyway. Carly had so many friends who would send her cards and stuffed animals. They were always nearby.
This is 9 days after heart surgery. She bounced back very quickly!!
At 10 months being silly outside on a beautiful day.
11 months playing dress up. This is one of the last times she would let us put a hat on her without her trying to remove it. :)

She's too precious for words, and it's amazing to have watched her develop! It gives me hope for my Olivia too, that someday she'll have hair! Carly's seemed to sprout overnight!!!
